2022-23年度国際ロータリー第2660地区地区大会開会式を12/16　13時よりリーガロイヤルホテル大阪　光琳の間にて開催いたしました。参加者は総数738名です。

オープニングセレモニーは陸上自衛隊中部方面音楽隊による演奏です。迫力ある演奏と歌で開会式の開催を盛り上げて頂きました。
